Legal Overview
How We Help You Seek Justice
Defective medical devices, poorly tested drugs and harmful consumer products are unfortunately all too common. Most people don’t realize that they may be able to receive compensation for harm that’s been done.
MedTruth is not funded or operated by law firms. However, as an advocacy resource we are not neutral either. We inform readers about litigation against medical device, pharmaceutical and consumer product manufacturers and lead affected individuals to those who can seek justice on their behalf.
Law firms have no influence on MedTruth’s editorial direction or content. Appropriate client referrals through a sister company are one of many tools that allows MedTruth to realize its three-fold mission of patient advocacy, news and information, and legal action.
All of the firms we have worked with are based on contingency, and you’ll pay no fees unless a settlement is reached on your behalf.
Network of Advocates
Our network of advocates come from top-rated, well-established law firms across the country, enabling associates in our sister company to connect patients with the best lawyers in their area. Selected advocates must meet certain standards, including prior related case experience. They must also be willing to accept cases on contingency, which means that attorneys claim a portion of a winning verdict or a settlement. Those filing suit do not pay anything out of their own pocket, ever.
